The outdoor area is equipped with a dining table where you can enjoy a quiet dinner while watching the different colors of the sunset, a BBQ where you can prepare dinner for the whole family, and four loungers to sunbathe after swimming in the solar heated pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen is stocked for both indoor and outdoor dining and entertaining. In this home, you can enjoy your family mealtimes in the kitchen bar as well as in the cozy dining area while having the fireplace running in the background.

The master suite features a comfortable king-sized bed to enjoy a restful night’s sleep, an office desk to set up your laptop and a TV to enjoy some movie nights, as well as direct water view and access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The master bath features an oversized shower, two walk-in closets, a bathtub, and a separate toilet area. All the bedrooms are equipped with a good quality mattress and have a walk-in closet.
