For your privacy, you can separate the master-suite and the master-bathroom by closing the sliding door that leads to the family room. The second master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and an LED TV. The bathroom leads to the pool area and can be used as a pool-bathroom which makes it easier taking a shower after a day at the pool. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds, sharing the third bathroom. If you need to work during your stay, Villa Cape Escape offers a wonderful office with a view of the garden.

Cancellation Policy
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 60 days prior to arrival. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 30 days prior arrival. On cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival is no refund. Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM on the appropriate day in writing. We strongly recommend a travel insurance to avoid cancellation loss.

Deposit Policy
In most cases we offer a non-refundable Property Damage Protection Insurance that covers accidental damages. However, in some cases we offer a $500.00 refundable damage deposit. If there are no damages the refundable damage deposit will be automatically released after two weeks.
