Payment methods

For your convenience, we offer different payment options. Most of the payment options are without any convenience fee. However, a convenience fee might be still shown during the booking process because only at the end of the booking process, you are going to decide the way of payment. If you choose a payment method that has no convenience fee, we are going to remove the fee from your reservation before the final payment is due.

Zelle® payments:
You can use Zelle® to pay for your reservation using custom payment. Convenience fees shown during your reservation will be taken off when using Zelle®. Please send your payment to reservations@prettycapehomes.com. Make sure your first payment is in no later than 24 hours after you placed your reservation and the second payment 5 business days before the due date. There is no convenience fee for this payment method. Refunds can be processed through Zelle®.

ACH payments:
We can take the payment out of your checking or saving account. Please request our ACH Authorization Form by sending an email to info@prettycapehomes.com There is no convenience fee for this payment method. Refunds can be processed through check only.

Check payments:
You can pay your reservation by using a bank check. Amounts of more than $500 need to be on a cashier's check. There is no convenience fee for this payment method. Refunds can be processed through check only.


Credit Card payments:
Credit Card payments require a 3.5% convenience fee. You can use any major credit card. Possible refunds can be refunded through your credit card, as long as the same card was used as the method of payment.


Veem payments:
For our international guests, we offer Veem payments. The fee per transaction is $29.00. Please reach out to info@prettycapehomes.com for more information.
