After a day of sun and sea, retreat to one of the luxurious bedrooms, each offering a comfortable king-size or queen-size bed and an opulent ensuite bathroom. With comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests, Villa Estelle ensures everyone has a restful night's sleep.

Conveniently located near shopping, dining and attractions, Villa Estelle provides the perfect home base to experience everything Cape Coral has to offer. Whether you are looking for relaxation or adventure, this stunning villa is the ultimate retreat for your next vacation.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.

Please note that the boat lift is used by the owner and not available to the guests. The boat dock can be used to tie a boat.
