The 2,000 SF+ floor plan also includes 2 baths, a great room and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool and spa are electrically heated and the large patio faces west, overlooking a wide sailboat canal. Built in 1999, the home is in excellent shape and truly a dream come true! Numerous stores and restaurants along Del Prado Blvd can be reached in a few minutes by car.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.

Please note that the boat lift is not available for guests.
