The tiki bar and outdoor TV are great for entertainment, enjoy a drink with family and friends while watching your favorite sports game. Unwind with a swim in the electric heated pool, the palms in the back guarantee privacy.

The contemporary style decorated home offers over 1,800 sqft of living area with high vaulted ceilings, sliding doors, a TV in the living room, a laptop-friendly space, and an outdoor tiki bar making it perfect for entertainment. In this home, you can enjoy your family mealtimes in the kitchen breakfast nook as well as in the cozy dining area. Each of the dining tables can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a meal during your vacation. There is also a small designated space with an office desk and chair for remote learning or working.

The master bedroom is a beautiful retreat designed to make you feel submerged in relaxation at all times. After watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV and a restful night's sleep in the comfortable king-size bed, wake up to the beautiful pool views. The sliding doors let plenty of natural light in and provide direct access to the pool area. The master en-suite bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, walk-in closet, beautiful countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. The other bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds and twin-sized bunk beds, perfect for your loved ones. there is also a sleeper sofa that can be converted into a full-size sofa bed. The second bathroom offers a walk-in shower and plenty of cabinet space.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.

Please note that the garage is being used by the owner and you won't have access to it.

There are security cameras at the front and on the sides of the house.
