Start your day with a morning coffee overlooking the waterfront from the comfortably furnished lanai. The condo is located just outside of downtown Cape Coral within walking distance of shops, parks & restaurants. Enjoy the South East of Cape Coral, close to everything. The homeowner association requires an application, the approval can take up to two weeks. In case your application gets denied, we are refunding all funds but the application fee of $ 100.00. If the application is not approved, you'll have to cancel the reservation.

The condo Happy Landing requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays:
No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it by placing your reservation.
