Everything you could possibly want in a Florida vacation home is offered in this gorgeous custom-built property from Cape Coral Vacation Rental, built in 2000 with 3 spacious bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen beds) with en-suite baths, each with a tub and walk-in shower, plus a separate pool bath, an electrically heated pool with waterfall spa, and a fantastic location on a sailboat canal just minutes from the river.

The patio offers west exposure, inviting guests to relax by the pool and watch the sunsets. The views across the wide canal are nothing short of spectacular. This, truly, is a Florida dream home!!! (The second floor is not available to guests but unoccupied during your stay.)

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.

Please note that prior approval is required to use the boat dock and lift.
